Karma resides in Thimpu, Bhutan and leads groups of eco-conservationists throughout his home kingdom. No one has introduced more people to the various riverine ecosystems of Bhutan than Karma and his knowledge of indigenous species - and the threats to them - is unmatched. Karma serves as the Bhutanese representative on the HRU Board of Directors.

Longtime international outfitter and conservationist, Bryant has been leading groups to the Himalayan range since 2007 and is passionate about the challenges that face these unique ecosystems. As the Board Chair of HRU, Bryant works tirelessly to shine light on the many issues that are central to the conservation of pristine Himalayan river systems.

Bobby hails from India and is a fly fisherman, white water raftsman, kayaker and conservationist.  Bobby holds the  IGFA world record  for Golden Mahseer on a fly and  is without doubt, the world's most accomplished Mahseer fishing guide. Currently,  Bobby is the Head Guide for The Himalayan Outback, and focuses his energy on the conservation of central-Himalayan river systems.
